Warranties and Guarantees
Please visit our warranty section. All New products carry the manufacturers warranty and must be returned to the manufacturer if defective; please contact customer service with any questions or if assistance is needed. All Used or Overstock products sold on bestlabdeals.com carry a 90 day warranty unless otherwise noted. Purchases form other BLD storefronts such as Auction sites or Shopping Engines must follow the BLD warranty clause stated in our term and conditions.

How do I cancel an order
Please contact customer service with 24 hours of your order to cancel it. After 24 hours we cannot cancel the order and you will be require to submit an RMA request plus you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. To cancel your orders now call 1-919-661-8030 Ext 2.
How do I change the quantity of an order
Please contact customer service with 24 hours of your order via 1-866-552-1531. All ours cannot be changed after 24hours of receiving the order.
