Shipping & Returns WARRANTY INFORMATION Bld  Science, LLC will provide a 7 day conditional "Date of Receipt" return policy. If a customer receives an item and decides the item is not what they need, the purchaser will pay the shipping charges to return the item to Bld Science, LLC and a 25% re-stocking fee will apply. Any and all warranty claims shall be made in writing within the warranty period by Certified U.S. Mail address to Bld Science, LLC, Inc., 2247 Citrus Blvd #182. Leesburg, Fl 34748. Customer will also be responsible for proper packaging for return of product(s). Should improper packaging cause irreversible damages (as determined by carrier), causing total loss, customer will be responsible for the full price of the product. If an item is received damaged or non-functional customer will pay the shipping charges to return the item to Bld Science, LLC. Upon receipt, Bld Science, LLC technicians will examine item, verify damages/problems claimed, and reimburse the shipping charges where warranted. Bld Science, LLC will provide a 90 day warranty of operation of all units sold. Purchaser will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item to Bld Science, LLC. After verification of problem claimed, Bld Science, LLC will repair or give store credit in the amount sold, plus shipping charges incurred by customer. Customer will provide a bill of lading as proof of shipping charges from the carrier. Dealers that receive dealer pricing, all product will be sold "as is," "where is" without any expressed or implied warranty. Pre-arrangement of shipping by dealer or end user will result in void of all warranties and return policies, unless otherwise approved in writing.
